PLEASE NOTE

Nyx and Gray products are individually handmade with love and each item is unique. Pattern placement may vary. 

With the exception of our organic muslin blankets, all fabrics are pre-washed to avoid shrinking.

 

PROCESSING TIME

Ready to ship items are shipped within 2 business days. Proudly, our made to order items will ship within 3 weeks. 

We ship using USPS First Class and Priority Mail (Domestic), tracking numbers provided.

 

PAYMENT

We accept PayPal and Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover at check out.
*State sales tax of 7.25% is automatically collected in California*

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Due to the handmade, custom nature of our shop we do not accept returns.  Please contact support@nyxandgray.com within one week of delivery if you are unhappy or your item arrives damaged.  Any issues arising after this time frame will be deemed wear and tear. At the seller’s discretion, new, unused and unwashed items in the original packaging may be eligible for an in-shop credit or exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. All sale merchandise is final sale. 

 

SAFETY

Please always make sure an item is safe before giving it to your child. We recommend following safety standards and adhering to the advice of your pediatrician on care and proper sleep safety. Nyx and Gray is not responsible for injuries sustained while using our products.

We are registered with the CPSC as a small batch manufacturer.
